Currently under restoration and reconstruction, the Rosinger House is considered one of the classic works of modern Croatian architecture in the ‘Martićeva zone’.
The characteristic modernist facade of the Rosinger House is one of the most recognisable accomplishments of Zagreb’s architecture between two wars. The House was built during the 1936/1937 season for the investor Olga Rosinger according to the project by architect Zlatko Neumann. Its features are original solutions for inside and outside space, a large comfortable living space, and an economical construction and rationalistic design. The Rosinger House is currently in the phase of renovation which will completely renew its representative appearance.
